Annual Dues

$500.00 per year due January 31

Members in Good Standing

Members delinquent on payment of Dues will not have access to Clubhouse, Pool, or any common facilities. Please note any clubhouse rental will be canceled for non-payment. If a member rents the clubhouse and subsequently becomes delinquent, their clubhouse deposit will be retained as payment of delinquent dues.

Trash Information

  • $295.00 per year due July 1
  • Pick up day is Tuesday morning
  • If your bin is damaged, please request a new bin using this process.
  • For large trash item pickups (e.g. a mattress or appliance), please use this process.
  • Trash is to be put out no more than 24 hours prior to pickup
  • Dues cover 90-gallon trash container and 50-gallon recycling bin provided by CSI
  • Must be put away no more than 24 hours after pickup

Reporting Republic Service Outages

How you can help:

If / when Republic misses a trash or recycling pickup, please contact their customer service to report the outage. This helps them understand the significance of their misses, while also delivering your service.

Steps:

    • Call Republic Customer Service at 1-844-737-8254.
    • You will be prompted as to whether this is a home (1) or business (2) account; press 2.
    • On the next prompt, pess 4 for other, which brings you to a person.
    • Supply your name and address. Republic will say there is no personal account for you. Tell them you’re part of the Fosters Pointe HOA at “VARIOUS FALLER RD.”
    • Republic’s customer service representative will then work with you to resolve your issue (e.g. missed trash pickup).

Recyclables

Make sure all recyclables have been emptied, rinsed and patted dry. Dirty items will interfere with the recycling process. Your recyclable items should be placed loose in the cart. Do not bag them. View our recycling procedures here.
