Republic’s Large Item Pick-up Process

The process below enables a homeowner to request and fund a large item pick-up from Republic (aka “bulk” item pick-up) The HOA’s contract does not include large item pick-ups. The homeowner initiates and funds the large item pick-up service independent of the HOA.

Call Republic at 844-737-8254

Select option #3, Bulk item pick-up

The CSR will request:

    • Your home address and verify it is part of Fosters Pointe HOA coverage
    • A description of the large/bulk item(s)
    • Your credit card number to charge for the pick-up

The CSR will then supply:

    • A pick-up date
    • Confirmation #

The FP Homeowner:

    • Supplies credit card to pre-pay the bulk item pick-up
    • Verifies the proposed pick-up date works for them
    • Captures the confirmation # (this is required for any follow up)

The CSR supplies the pick-up driver with the pick-up date, address, and item(s) to be picked up.

Picks up the item(s) and records the pick-up request as complete

If there is an issue, the homeowner follows up with Republic at 844-737-8254 and shares the confirmation # to resolve the issue

Notes:

    • Write down and save your confirmation number to reconcile any outages with Republic.
    • Republic will charge you by individual item. For example, pick-up of two mattresses costs twice as much as a single mattress.
