Trash and Recycle Bin Replacement Process

The process below enables a homeowner to request trash and/or recycle bin replacements. Do NOT call Republic. The HOA manages this process. The contract we have with Republic is for 1 trash bin and 1 recycle bin per home.
Send an email to INFO@FOSTERSPOINTE.COM providing the following information:
- Your Name
- Street Address
- Contact Information (mobile # preferred)
- Which bin you’d like to replace and why you want to replace it (e.g. the clamp truck put a hole in the trash bin)
Within 10 business days, the HOA Board Member will:
- Verify the HOA has replacement bins in stock.
- If not, the Homeowner’s request will be added to the HOA’s replacement list in the order it was received and notify the Homeowner.
- Verify the Homeowner is up to date on their HOA and trash bill payments.
- Assuming the Homeowner’s payments are up to date, the Board Member will negotiate a date and time to meet at the Clubhouse for the exchange. These will normally be on Tuesdays, making it easier for the Homeowner to bring the empty bin to the Clubhouse.
Meet the HOA Board Member at the Clubhouse at the agreed time with your empty and clean bin for replacement.
Bring the new bin back to your home.
Exchange the damaged bin for a new one. Store the damaged bin.
When new bins are running low, schedule time with Republic to exchange broken bins for new ones.
